The virtual reality ride faced a real challenge: how to stop passengers feeling sick? Any difference between what a passenger sees and feels can increase feelings of nausea. So motion sensors were used to build a precise 3D map of the ride allowing VR artists to create a journey that fits every movement of the rollercoaster.
